Too many people think that having a website designed is a huge cost and don’t even engage with a web designer to find out these actual costs. You will be surprised at the actual low price for a web design. Money is tight all round but for a small spend you can accomplish a lot.
I really really mean this and many will disagree with me. A one page web site is better than nothing. Many sensible businesses have registered a domain and not progressed to getting a web design in place. It is understandable that you may be put off by the high costs of establishing an online presence but this need not be the case. You can get your business online for a reasonable price. Don’t procrastinate about the process.
Get a one page web site established , get an e-mail address. Write some smart content (short and sweet). Get a call to action (CTA as we call it in tech speak) and put your website name on your business material.
This is your brochure! If you do not have a logo or a fixed marketing message then don’t let this stop you. All too often I hear potential customers here in Cork saying that they aren’t ready for a website to be put in place.

Don’t wait around. In less than 3-4 days you have have a website, email and a front page that shows what you do and where you are based. Total cost 100 Euro. The reason people delay is that they think that there are many complicated steps involved in the process. This can of course be the case for a complicated system where there are a lot of design requirements.
