THE (NOT SO) SMALL PRINT

  • BASIC plan does not cover support tickets – it covers making sure site is up to date and backed up with basic reporting.
  • Support Hours: Support hours do not roll over.  So if you don’t use them you lose them.  It gives you the comfort to be able to call and contact.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time – I don’t  mind – just let me know so I can stop the reporting and backups please.

* Fee covers approximately an hours work on your task.
