The Trading Online Voucher is now the Grow Digital Voucher.

Your Local Enterprise Office will pay back half the cost of new digital tools for your business, up to €5,000. I took more than 30 businesses through the old Trading Online Voucher, and can tell you in one call whether your project fits the new rules.

What changed from the Trading Online Voucher

The Trading Online Voucher closed on 13 December 2024. The Grow Digital Voucher replaced it, with a bigger grant and different rules about what it pays for.

Can your business apply?

The voucher is for established small businesses. The one most people miss is the first: you need a Digital for Business report before you can apply.

What the voucher pays for

This is where most agency pages get it wrong. The voucher funds off-the-shelf software that is new to your business, not a custom-built website.

How the money works

You pay the full cost first, then claim half back. Setup and training can make up no more than half the project, so the size of your grant depends on the software you choose.

From first call to grant paid

The order matters. Starting work before approval is the most common way people lose the grant.

Digital for Business

Book the free review with your LEO. A digital expert spends one to three days on your business and writes the report you need.

Plan and quote

We match the report’s recommendations to the right software and give you a written quote that fits the rules.

Apply

You send the expression of interest and application to your LEO with our quote. We help with the wording.

Approval

Wait for the letter of offer. Nothing is bought or built until it arrives.

Build, pay, claim

We set everything up and train your team. You pay the invoices and claim your 50% back from the LEO.

Where Grange fits in

I have delivered more than 30 Trading Online Voucher projects for Irish businesses, so I know how the LEOs look at these applications. The new voucher favours ready-made platforms set up properly, which is exactly the kind of work we do every week.

If your project won’t qualify, I’ll tell you straight on the first call, and we’ll look at what will.

A CRM set up so every enquiry from your website is tracked and followed up.

Training your team
